– There is a private owners-only beach club where guests do not have access unless invited and accompanied by an owner.

– Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.

My friend and I recently stayed at Dave’s place for 2 weeks. I found the condo to be absolutely wonderful. The rooftop is where we spent a lot of time just hanging out, enjoying the incredible view and enjoying the endless sunshine. Dave’s place was nicely appointed with everything that we needed and he was very responsive with any of our needs, food, activities, condo questions etc. One of the other big pluses is that by being in Copala you have access to not only the amenities that are there but you can also take advantage of the other Bonito resorts as well. Tons of options for food, poos and activities. If you like golf, the course is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough about Dave’s place, Copala and everything around the resort. Will be back very soon. Miss it already
Amazing view! Amazing condo! If you’re wanting to have an enjoyable vacation, book this condo! I will book again without any hesitation.
I have been to Cabo a few times and this is by far the best condo I have experienced. From the time we arrived to the time we left my girlfriend and I were in vacation heaven. This unit has everything you will need and I strongly suggest taking advantage of the private car service and the stop at Walmart. The views are breathtaking and trust me when say the photos doesn’t even come close to what you’ll experience. We ended our trip with a candle light dinner (surf & turf) on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the ocean crashing against the shore. It doesn’t get any better than that people….. we are already planning our trip back. Thanks David for making our Christmas one to remember.
Absolutely phenomenal experience and a gorgeous property. Oh Man the views!!!! This was the perfect getaway. Dave was super responsive and flexible to work with. We will most definitely rent from Dave again. Can’t say enough good things. Don’t think about this one. Just reserve it.

Beautiful property and exactly as described. Amazing views! Everything seemed very new. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Rooftop patio was perfect in the evenings. Loved staying at Quivara. One of the top golf courses I’ve ever played. Can’t wait to come back!

I stay in hotels/airbnbs/condos all over the world and this one is among the best. I had an absolute fantastic stay. Dave and his team and really on top of things.
Everything was absolutely perfect: the view on top of the unit was gorgeous, the privacy was great, the quality of everything in the house was top notch (great cookware, nice appliances, fixtures, comfy bed, tons of towels, Amazon Home technology with tons of speakers, etc). Everything is brand new and clean in the unit. Close to downtown with tons of places to eat. Seriously, book this place now.
Note: I stayed here during COVID. Cabo was really great about all of the precautions, better than many places in the States. The airport, car service, Pueblo Bonito, Copala, etc were all being extremely responsible with masks, staying distant, sanitizer, etc.
Very nice condo located in a community with endless amenities. Views for the balcony are very nice and the private hot tub and firepit are not to be missed. The host was very quick to respond and addressed all of our needs.
Great location, amazing view, and super stylish and clean! They have thought of everything. It was our first time in Cabo and now we are spoiled and can’t imagine going anywhere else!
I cannot recommend those condo enough. David’s place is very comfortable and well appointed, is in a great location and made for a great place to stay over a long weekend. All of the amenities in Quivira are an added bonus! We hope to stay at David’s place gain during our next Cabo trip.
Amazing rooftop views!
This was a great place to stay and is accurately described in the listing. It is located in a large complex with many restaurants and amenities. It’s the perfect place to be able to do whatever you enjoy! We had quiet time at the on-site pool but shuttled over to one of the other pools for a livelier experience. The rooftop patio was beautiful! The staff were all courteous and helpful
Great condo with amazing views. Only a short drive to the marina and Cabo night life. Highly suggested as you will not find a nicer place for a similar price anywhere in Cabo San Lucas.
This was an amazing place. We especially enjoyed time in the mornings up on the top deck seeing the beautiful sunrises and watching whales with our binoculars (make sure to bring them). Hot tub was good! Really helped that we had a rental car to see many things in San Lucas and San Jose. We took a day and went to La Paz and swam with the Whale Sharks! This was amazing!!!

If you are looking some place quiet and tranquil, then I recommend David’s unit. I absolutely loved the rooftop terrace. I loved the view of the night sky and the morning sunrises! I could just think and reflect on many things up there. The entrance gate staff was kind and respectful also. I would have liked it if there were TV’s in the bedrooms, but that’s just a small sentiment outweighed by this beautiful and well decorated and equipped condo

If you’re scrolling thru to find the perfect place, stop here! We left on Wednesday and booked our next visit when we got home on Thursday! Lovely decor, beautiful linens and comfortable beds, sparkling clean, spacious kitchen, comfy seating, rooftop deck and jacuzzi that made us never want to leave…just a few of the great things here. Access to the community resorts was key- we ate in a variety of restaurants, all of which were very good. The community is gated and we felt very safe and were comfortable being out and about at night. Dave was a great host with excellent communication and accommodation. About 15 min by car to downtown Cabo, about 45 min to the airport. Plan a little extra time for the check in as you’ll need to go thru security and the concierge when you first arrive. Thanks for a great trip, Dave!

Great space for cooking, entertaining and relaxing. Many additional amenities at the other resort locations included with your stay. We were very pleased with our experience.
This place is fantastic from the WOW when you open the door to the WOW when you see the view. Everything you need for your vacation is provided along with high end amenities, it really is perfect. A couple of tips; see Miguel at the Steak House for a Mexican wine tasting, it’s really great and make sure to explore the four resorts as there’s lots to see including the stunning Sky Pool.
Fantastic views of the Pacific and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this perfect blend of exclusivity and location. You feel equally at home if you like exploring Cabo or staying in and relaxing. The rooftop hot tub is a must.
Absolutely loved our stay here. The service was incredible and it was very easy to get shuttles to take you to and from the different resorts. Loved that we had access to all of them. Very quiet place (besides construction during the week) with a beautiful view.

What a truly positive 5-star experience! Staying here is the best of both worlds. It is off the beaten path, away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown city of Cabo but within very close proximity. The condo is decorated like it’s right out of a Pottery Barn catalog and is very well appointed with everything needed for an extremely comfortable stay, and the view is spectacular. From the outset and up until the stay, the communication from David was super helpful, especially as I had not been to Cabo and the other members of my family had not been in a long time. The level of detail and depth of information he provides is unlike anything I have experienced with other rentals. The resort amenities, such as access to a Copala concierge, are on point. I took advantage of using the concierge for reservations at restaurants and for our sailing adventure. We also took advantage of the relationship with the Pueblo Bonito Partner Resorts. We used the pool, beach and poolside drink & food service of the beautiful Bonito Pacifica Resort and the food market at the Bonito Sunset Beach Resort. If you enjoy nature, the nearby hiking trail to the lighthouse is not to be missed! We highly recommend renting a car to get around as a cost and time saver. It came in handy, especially as we went several times to sister city San Jose del Cabo, just north of the city for organic farm to table Flora Farms restaurant one night (unreal), and the downtown San Jose del Cabo art walk another night. BBB Rent a Car provides incredible service. Also highly recommend Cabo Sails for a private snorkeling and sailing experience
Copala is a beautiful. Great place to stay. Wonderful location, wonderful view, awesome amenities, and really a great space to spend your trip in Cabo. Hope to return one day

We absolutely loved David’s place and wish we could have stayed longer! Very clean, spacious, extremely well designed and thought out. Easy check in with the digital code and parking no problem, right outside lobby level with an elevator. We loved the fact that there was full access to the Pueblo Bonito resorts and discounts at certain restaurants for being a guest. Definitely took advantage of that! Easy drive to restaurants in town. Highly recommend this place for an affordable, enjoyable Cabo experience!! Thank you David for an excellent and memorable stay!
