- Fully refundable damage deposit due at time of booking. Full amount refunded at checkout if no damage occurs. Refund decisions are at based on judgement of CaboCondoVacations.com staff in evaluating damage cost.
- Refund Policy – Short Term Rentals booked directly on this site:
- 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is more than 14 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in to allow time for rebooking.
- No refunds for cancellations made 60 or fewer days of check-in unless within 48 hours mentioned above.
- Refund Policy long-term rentals with separate lease agreement:
- Damage deposit and first month rent due at time of contract signing to reserve dates.
- First month rent non-refundable in event of cancellation.
- Subsequent months rent due 60 days prior to first day of applicable month.
