- Full 100% due 60 days before check-in or reservation cancelled.

- Fully refundable damage deposit due at time of booking. Full amount refunded at checkout if no damage occurs.
- 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is more than 14 days away.
- Credit Card fees are not refundable when bookings are cancelled.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in to allow time for rebooking.
- No refunds for cancellations made 60 or fewer days of check-in unless within 48 hours mentioned above.
