CaboCondoVacations.com – Who are we?                                     

• Formed in 2018, we are a Property and Rental Management company in Quivira (Mavila, Coronado, Copala, Alvar) in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. We are exclusive Quivira experts. We have no managed units outside Quivira.
• Some of our owner-partners rent their properties, while other owner-partners do not rent and only utilize property management. We are experts at both models and have operated for more than 7 years.
• We also do construction projects for owners in Quivira. No job is too big or too small for us to handle. From changing lightbulbs to building a new pool or garage, we have experience in the full spectrum.
• Dave Sliter owns CaboCondoVacations.com which owns 7 Quivira properties and manages over 20 additional properties. Dave lives in Quivira full time & previously served as president on the CSC (HOA) board of directors in Copala.
• Before creating CaboCondoVacations.com Dave was a computer engineer, senior executive and consulting executive for 35 years. He was in senior executive leadership with Nortel, Microsoft, and Hewlett Packard (HP) before retiring and relocating to live full-time in Cabo. Dave has recently taken up golf and thoroughly enjoys the Golf Club at Quivira. Another form of recreation is spending time on his new 2022 60 ft Shaeffer yacht with friends and guests. Dave is actively involved in helping make things run as smoothly as possible for CaboCondoVacations.com and its many partners and guests.
• We have dedicated full-time staff who are on site daily, seven days a week. This combo allows us to be more responsive, flexible, and cost effective.
• We are a registered Mexican corporation. Our employees are officially registered and compensated under Mexican law – ie: no “under the table cash staff”. As such, employees receive social security, paid vacation, health insurance, home ownership assistance, paid maternity leave, etc. We gross up salaries – i.e., we absorb the approximately 50% additional cost of these benefits while keeping employee salaries whole. This is not common practice with our competitors.
• All our employees participate in a profit-share plan whereby quarterly bonuses can match or even exceed their standard salary based on customer satisfaction and sustainable business success. The team is exceptionally focused on our owner-partners’ satisfaction & our guest experience (for those who rent).
• We can receive and send payments, in Mexican pesos or in USA dollars, via any global credit card, bank transfer, check, paypal, zelle, venmo, etc. We can also accept cash. This flexibility is unique across other similar companies in Cabo.
• We have numerous references from partner owners & Quivira community owners and staff. We also have numerous 5-star ratings from guests. We are happy to share upon request.
• We recently expanded into a wholly owned sister-company CaboYachtVacations.com and can offer our www.CaboCondoVacations.com guests exclusive access and discounts for private yacht charters.

CaboYachtVacations.com  Expansion                                       

• Formed in 2022 as an expansion from our sister company CaboCondoVacations.com, we are a Yacht Management and Charter Management company in Cabo San Lucas Mexico.
• We purchased a new custom designed 2022 model Schaefer 600 yacht which was delivered in 2022. We are working on expansion plans to offer additional fishing and pleasure yacht charters with additional owned and managed boats.
• Dave Sliter solely owns CaboYachtVacations.com
• Before creating CaboCondoVacations.com & CaboYachtVAcations.com Dave was a computer engineer, senior executive and consulting executive for 35 years.
