For safety reasons cell phones ,cameras, and GoPro’s are not permitted
Expecting mothers may not participate
ATV driver must be 18 years old or older and present a valid driver ́s license
Mandatory exemption of payment for damages: $35 usd fee per vehicle
To protect and preserve sea turtles, we do not ride our vehicles on the beach.
NOTE: If a refund of any type is warranted, guest will receive refund minus any credit card processing fees which cannot be reversed.
