Additionally, Guests have access and discounts in two Pueblo Bonito resorts in the downtown Medano Beach area (PB Blanco and PB Rose).

Note amenity access is very specific:
– There is a private owners-only beach club where guests do not have access unless invited and accompanied by an owner.
– Guests do not have access to other full ownership residential communities such as Copala and Coronado.
– Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.
– Resort pool access can also be restricted during peak usage days or times.
